Manage Local Files: You can select this option from the menu to view a list of local files on your device that you shared with other apps. If you highlight a file in the list, you can opt to either remove the local file or upload it to Worldox with profile information. Launch Worldox directly from the Microsoft Word app to access Worldox files using navigation options (Cabinets, Bookmarks, Favorites, Favorite Matters, and Workspaces) or Quick Access search bar. If you edit files in Word, you will see a pop-up dialog when you return to Worldox that will inform you if file changes have been detected. You can save the file as a new version, overwrite the file or discard changes.
