- Added support for forced rotation after a server scores a specified number of points by user request (thanks Tony and Dan!) and to support new 12U Club team rules- Tested under iOS 9 and added support for iPad keyboard changes- Fixed issues where copying a lineup did not copy scheduled subs along with it- New Set screen now correctly uses defaults from Options screen for new sets or latest settings if a set was just completed (helps keep same settings for a full game)
