ShowMeYourHotKeys (or smyhk), a little macOS application that shows your all the available hotkeys (or shortcuts) from the menu of the frontmost application.

There is two method to activate the app:
  • Press the Command key tree times quickly and a “stay-on-top” window will appear. From here you can see all available hotkey of the application. If you change application, the window will display his hotkeys soon after. You can filter hotkeys on title (using the search field) and/or modifiers keys (with the filter button on the right side of the search field). When the filter button is used, each modifiers keys you press will be used to filter the list. You can reduce the size of the window to put it on the right side one the screen. Press the Command key three times quickly to close the window.
  • Long-press the command key (more then 2 sec) and an “ephemeral” window will be displayed. It is the same window than the first option but without search field. If the command key is released, the window is closed.

Behaviors to show windows can be change in the settings. If you have multiple monitors, ShowMeYourHotKeys will show the window on the screen where the mouse is (this behavior will be changeable from the settings in the next beta).
