PowerCard overview
Note: PowerCard is no longer under development, and it is no longer available for download.
PowerCard uses an innovative and intuitive “task card” based interface where you create index cards that represent the tasks you need to accomplish and slide them around to organize them into priorities and milestones. This sort of organizational methodology has been in use for years by Project Managers who carried index cards around in their pockets. But PowerCard is the first application for the Mac to bring the power of these index cards to software. This method is commonly used in Extreme Programming, but can be used for any project.
Additionally, PowerCard is the first ever “Rendezvous Enabled” project management application. Allowing multiple users to edit the same project together simultaneously with no configuration. Tasks can be viewed as index cards, in a list, or in a free form view. Features Rendezvous support, AddressBook integration, plugin customization, gantt charts, pert charts, burndown charts, velocity calculation and much more.
