Nomo 4.5 is the next major update to the number 1 sobriety app in the AppStore!

Here are the three big changes!

• Nomo Chat - As requested by the community, you wanted a way to communicate with accountability partners without giving them your email. Now you can chat directly in the app :)

• Journaling - This was another request by so many people in the community. Now you can keep a sobriety journal while you're on the road to recovery!

• Better encouragements - Now you can save your favorite encouragements. You can also see how many people have liked the ones that you've written!

Smaller updates:

• Fixed the issue where ads cut off the bottom of a list.

• Fixed glitches on the refocus games.

• The mute switch on your phone can now disable sounds.

• A bunch of bug fixes (I hate bugs).
