MusicBrainz Picard is an app that lets you tag and catalog the files in your music collection.

It is not difficult to use, but it can seem a bit complicated at first if you have a lot of files. However, once you have labelled the first few, the rest will be a piece of cake.

MusicBrainz Picard allows you to edit the ID3 tags manually or, if you think that is too much work, you can access the large MusicBrainz online database, which automatically looks for the information you need to name the file. Then, MusicBrainz automatically tags the audio file and saves it with its original name.
