Microsoft Safety Scanner lets you delete any threats to your system without having to install any programs.

The application is run directly from the downloaded file. You can choose to scan for viruses over the whole system or just one folder. In just a couple of minutes, the program lets you know if there are any threats and eliminates them if need be.

Microsoft Safety Scanner is a good emergency application, since it lets you run a scan even from a portable device like a USB drive.
