We've added a new iCloud sync feature so purchased packs will automatically be available on all of your other devices. We've also removed the "purchased" section from the store and placed all previously purchased and deleted packs right on the packs page for easier access. This release also fixes a bug with the piece sorting that was introduced during the last version.
