Recently Released:Handshake now supports the ability to create a dropship order on iOS. By adding the option to dropship orders, sales reps and customers can mark a specific order for dropshipping and add a shipping address for the order that wont be permanently saved on the customers record. This setting needs to be enabled on Handshake Hub in order to appear on iOS. Contact [email protected] with any questions.Improved customer detail view: Handshake Rep users can now view a more easily searchable order history directly from a customers profile in the app. This improved view makes it easier to review past ordering behavior and duplicate or reorder from the customers order history.Release 5.4.23 and onward contains support for quantity discounts to make it easier for you to incentivize larger orders, increase cash flow, and turn inventory faster using Handshake.
