Do it now is a simple todo list for Mac OS X 10.6 and later. Creating tasks can't be any simpler - just type it into the text box, and DoItNow! should automatically parse the to-do info from your input, using natural language.

It sits silently on your menubar, and lets you set tasks, enable notifications for each tasks, and even uses OSX's text-to-speech functionality to read out tasks for you. You can even schedule it to run apps or open files on the specified time!
