I had far too many duplicates in my Aperture library, and was finding it was taking way to long to find the duplicates manually. So I wrote this program. It is a duplicate image finder for Aperture 3. Maybe you will find it useful too.
There are two options when running ADD:
Simple Detection which relies on selection being pre-sorted by date, filename, or file size.
Comprehensive Detection requires no pre-sorting, but takes longer.
When processing is complete, check your keywords for Hash Duplicate, Date Duplicate, or Filename Duplicate.
ADD will never delete or remove anything. All detected duplicates ADD finds are simply tagged with a keyword so you can easily identify the dupes. It certainly makes the chore of de-duping easier.
